Benefit Summary Tool Launched at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont
Coconut Creek, Florida, 2/23/2009 — Computer Solutions and Software International, Inc. (CSSI) announced that VUE Benefit Summary has
been launched at BlueCross and BlueShield of Vermont (BCBSVT). Vermont’s largest single health carrier and one of only three carriers operating
in Vermont, BCBSVT, has embraced this new offering in the VUE Software product of insurance solutions. In an effort to educate members on
comprehensive benefit plans and product information, BCBSVT chose CSSI to implement a web-accessible Benefit Summary solution, which can
also be used as a sales tool with employer groups and producers.

information. Multiple custom summary generating options equip BCBSVT with a highly capable solution that significantly ease a previously
tedious and time consuming process.
Employer groups and individual customers alike are impacted, as VUE Benefit Summary generates custom documents that outline individual
benefit packages and its coverage along with variable data. The whole process is simplified, documented, and repeatable, giving control
to the administrator and the management to provide similar products in the coming years depending on customer choice.
BCBSVT uses VUE Benefit Summary as a sales tool to illustrate specific benefits and their corresponding limits and cost-shares,
as well as an internal tool to detail the specific benefits to its existing customers. Recalling custom templates for future
usage allows customer service and sales departments to provide service with a quick turnaround time. Additionally, customer
status can be monitored once the benefit summary is delivered to keep the sales team informed. Management can monitor sales
team performance for evaluation purposes as well.
